In order to meet the theme of school mental health activities and promote the development of mental health of college students, the School of Mechanical Engineering has set up a "dormitory mood board" to pay attention to the psychological state of students in real time and guide students to grow up healthily.
The "Mood board" is set in the student dormitory to record the mood dynamics of the six students in the dormitory. By setting the form and message board form, record the daily mood changes of the students, and ask questions and answers from both psychological and emotional aspects. The school collects and organizes materials every two weeks, keeps abreast of the psychological dynamics of the students, discovers and guides the psychological confusion of the students, and actively plays the role of peer counseling.
